Sometimes there isn’t enough room for a slide gate. In these instances, we suggest an aluminum StrongWeld Heavy Duty Swing Gate, manufactured by FDC. A single gate leaf can cover up to 24 feet, and double gates can cover up to 48 feet.

Heavy duty swing gates are fabricated from 6063-T6 aluminum alloy extrusions. Thick frames with mesh material, thick cross members and multiple braces and reinforcements make for one heck of a strong swing gate.

These are ideal for small spaces, narrow locations, and areas where there are a lot of obstacles in the way of a gate’s sliding path. Sometimes you have two adjacent roads, and you can’t have the gate sliding into the path of another roadway.
