FDC Service Plans & Maintenance Agreements

Like any machine, gate operators and access control and security products require proper maintenance to reach their maximum lifespan and potential.  FDC provides preventative maintenance plans in which a trained technician does a thorough inspection of the device, cleans, documents, and corrects any potential problems before they start.

We guarantee maximum protection on any FDC installation.  For existing systems that require FDC service or overhaul, we offer protection on these as well.  Below is a breakdown of some of our service plans.

PLATINUM PLAN
Covers 2, 4, or 12 Preventative Maintenance Inspections per year, Including Parts & Labor on preventative maintenance and service calls. Parts used during Emergency Service calls are covered under contract.
Does Not Cover: Emergency Service Labor, Acts of God, Vandalism, or Tampering.

GOLD PLAN
Covers 2, 4, or 12 Preventative Maintenance Inspections per year, Includes Only Labor on preventative maintenance and service calls.
Does Not Cover: Emergency Service Labor, Acts of God, Vandalism, or Tampering.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PLAN
Covers 2, 4, or 12 Prevenative Maintenance Inspections per year only. Parts are billable.

PROGRAMMING
Covers Programming only.

MONITORING
Offered to alarm monitoring accounts. Service calls are not covered.
